Build your confidence whilst improving your partnership with your horse. Do you make excuses not to ride, feel tense/anxious or scared when riding or handling your horse? Struggle with self doubt and the “what ifs”? Learn how to have the partnership with your horse you have always dreamed of.

About The Event
Learn how to make positive, lasting change with ease. Spend the morning retraining your brain enjoying NLP confidence strategies, relaxing meditation and hypnotic visualisations. In the afternoon work with your horse from the ground. Learn to develop and improve your and your horse's communication and set clear and consistent boundaries to keep you safe and your horse calm and comfortable. Spaces are limited as we like to keep to a small group. There are 2 places available if you would prefer not to bring your horse and you may choose in the afternoon to either spectate, enjoy a private confidence session or a relaxing Reiki treatment.
